WooWee

Yeah man, this is just the kind of shit I look for when it comes to jazz and how much I love it. This is incredible, thanks for making this. No complaints or criticism I could find to even tell you. Happy holidays!

Stavier responds:

Haa, thanx man. Whenever I do this occasional jazz, I always try to put some kinda emotion that can relate to everyone and you proved my point :D Thanx for the review and a Merry X-Mas to you too!!!

Alright!

So you made these lyrics or did they already exist from the creation of Zelda's Lullaby? Either way it brought back tons of great memories from Ocarina of Time and all of it's greatness.

VGSongbird responds:

These lyrics are my own original lyrics. And I'm thrilled to hear you experienced nostalgia!

Thanks for supporting me!

Not bad

It seemed a little plain to me, not to give it a bad rating because of that. You may have been going for that, I just felt like it was a little simple and plain. Not bad though. :)

malcolm81 responds:

Well the song structure is really simple on purpose, the progression is just a 12 bar blues without the shuffle in bar 10 (bars 9 and 10 are both Gb7+9 chords) using somewhat altered harmonies, and I mostly only strike the chords every other bar. That being said the overall effect is not supposed to come across as bland, I kind of try interpret the chords differently and to move in and out of it a bit to get contrast. I'll let it sit for a little bit and give it another listen, maybe I didn't manage to get enough interest in with the improvisation. Maybe some of it is just the choice of style though, so maybe this just isn't your tune ;). Anyhow, thanks for the input.

Wow

Man, I love this. My favorite kind of jazz is stuff like this. A nice piano is all it takes. Nice job.

MrMusicalLion responds:

~bows~ Jazz like this comes easy to me, it's like breathing

Beautiful

I get this image of a city cafe while it's dark and rainy, that's a good thing. What I believe makes good jazz music. Thank you for sharing this, I love it.

MrMusicalLion responds:

that's a nice image, I love that sort of atmosphere. Thanks for the review :)

Hey, alright!

I don't know to much about music but the beat and the rhythm of this was great, The beginning was definitively the best part.

SlipperyIcarus responds:

Thank you sir

Loved it.

Sounds so much like the desert level in Paper Mario, at first that;s what I thought it was... Yea nice song.

JakesFable responds:

Haha I don't see why :P The one in Paper Mario was more relaxed sounding then this being so upbeat and what not. But thank ya for your review! :)

Hey, alright!

I've been looking for some good jazz and it didn't take me to long to find it... it's relaxing but at the same time is interesting to listen to... Thanks for sharing this.

SkyeWint responds:

No problem, I enjoyed making this, and enjoy listening to it when I get lazy or want to chill out, so I'll probably make more. Hope you like that when it comes out! ^_^
